Shipping Information
To shop online and make purchases, you will need to create a Gourdos.com account. Once registered, you can sign in and update your profile at anytime. With a Gourdos.com account, you can conveniently view and update your orders, rate and review products, post comments, and subscribe to any of our webstore services.
Your order/s will be subject to verification and confirmation by a Gourdos.com Personal Shopping Assistant within 24 hours, after which all customer/order/shipping information will be considered final and confirmed. Orders are processed daily and are available for pickup or delivery in 1 to 2 weeks, depending on stock availability and delivery area. Gourdos.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the purchases and/or reject orders.
Gourdos.com provides these payment options:
(1) If paying by credit card, you will only be asked to provide your credit card details on checkout, and you will be charged in Philippine Peso through our BDO Payment Gateway, all major credit cards are accepted.
(2) If paying by bank deposit, the full amount of your order must be deposited at any Gourdo’s Inc. bank accounts. Once you have deposited your payment, a clear copy of the bank deposit slip must be sent by email or fax as proof of payment. Please note that your order will only be processed after we have received the bank deposit slip and your deposit payment has been confirmed with the bank.
Each order must be at least PHP2,000.00 or US$50.00. Should you want to order using other modes of payment, please call our 24-Hour Hotline 812-3022 or email us at customercare@gourdos.com.
(1) select Gourdos.com Delivery to have your order delivered to your shipping address, you will be billed for delivery charge based on the courier or custom box/es used.
(2) select Pickup at Store then indicate a Gourdo’s store nearest you and a Gourdos.com Personal Shopping Assistant will contact you to confirm your order pickup.
Upon checkout and payment, you will receive a transaction confirmation email from Gourdos.com. For Gourdos.com Delivery, delivery is attempted once, after which a re-attempt charge must be paid. For out of serviceable delivery areas, you may pick it up at a courier station nearest you. Items on Gourdos.com are available for purchase only when stocks are available, otherwise you will be notified if order cannot be processed or fulfilled. Product specifications, pricing, stock availability, and shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
