(the award-winning operator of high end specialty houseware stores in Metro Manila), where you can browse and buy Gourdo’s products, save your purchases in a shopping cart, checkout and conveniently pay for purchases with your credit card, and have your order delivered to you or reserved for pickup at a Gourdo’s store near you. Gourdos.com provides you the ease and convenience of online shopping, backed by our Gourdo’s Customer Care services available anytime of the day.
Most products you see at a Gourdo’s store are available for purchase at Gourdos.com. When you order at Gourdos.com, you can avail of Gourdos.com Delivery service (through our courier partners) to have your order delivered at your doorsteps or you can choose to pick it up at a Gourdo’s store near you. You also get to enjoy Gourdos.com complimentary services such as eNewsletter subscriptions, web-only promos, and invites to exclusive events.
While you can explore Gourdos.com even without an account, you can only place an order if you have a Gourdos.com account. You get to fully enjoy a unique shopping experience with your own Gourdos.com account.
With a Gourdos.com account, you can update your profile anytime (such as upload your own photo), browse and buy your favorite Gourdo’s products, easily view and update your orders, rate and review products, post comments, and subscribe to any of our webstore services.
To create a Gourdos.com account, go to http://www.gourdos.com/user/register. You will need to provide a valid email address. Once registered, you will receive an email from Gourdos.com with instructions on how to verify and confirm your Gourdos.com account.
To sign in to your Gourdos.com account, go to http://www.gourdos.com/user/user. You will need to provide your email address and password. Once signed in, you can update your profile, view your orders and status, rate and review products, write comments, and do more shopping.

To start shopping at Gourdos.com, sign in to your Gourdos.com account and go to http://www.gourdos.com/shop-online or browse products by clicking on any of the product categories at the menu bar.
You can search for a product anywhere on the webstore by typing in its name or SKU at the search field on the page header (near the Gourdo’s logo) then click the Search button (or press the Enter/Return key on your keyboard). You will then be directed to the Search result page.
Pricing at Gourdos.com is the same as that of Gourdo’s stores. However, where applicable, Gourdo’s will have promos and price adjustments specifically for Gourdos.com and/or Gourdo’s stores.
When you click on a product, you will be directed to its own page, providing you with information on price, SKU, stock availability, and description (if available). If the product is on stock and ready to ship, you can add it to your shopping cart, specifying the quantity you want to order. You will also be provided with suggestions on other products you might be interested in. To view your shopping cart, go to http://www.gourdos.com/cart.
At the moment, Gourdos.com can only accept payment by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. You will be charged in Philippine Peso through our BDO Payment Gateway. Yes. Each order must be at least PHP2,000.00 (or US$50.00) and must not be over PHP50,000.00.
To checkout, go to http://www.gourdos.com/cart. You can then review your order (add or delete items or change quantities) and update your cart. To finalize your order, click on checkout, and provide your order (if you have not updated your profile), delivery, and billing information. When your order is submitted and transaction is approved, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email from Gourdos.com. Within 24 hours after receiving your order, expect a call from a Gourdos.com Personal Shopping Assistant who will verify and confirm your order. Please note that if we are unable to contact you, your order will not be processed. You can check the status of your order anytime by signing in to your Gourdos.com account at http://www.gourdos.com/user.
The Gourdos.com Webstore currently offers only door-to-door delivery with all orders. If you want your order paid and picked up in a preferred Gourdo's store location, please call our 24-Hour Customer Care Hotline +63 (02) 812-3022 or Mobile/SMS +63 (917) 812-3022 and a Personal Shopping Assistant will assist you with your purchase and coordinate the order with your Gourdo's store of choice free of charge. There are two ways to get your order. On checkout, you can (1) select Gourdos.com Delivery to have your order delivered to your shipping address, you will be billed for delivery charge based on the courier or custom box/es used; or (2) select Pickup at Store then indicate a Gourdo’s store nearest you and a Gourdos.com Personal Shopping Assistant will contact you to confirm your order pickup. Orders are processed daily and are available for pickup or delivery in 1 to 2 weeks, depending on stock availability and delivery area.
For Gourdos.com Delivery, shipping and handling is computed by volumetric weight, and packaged in 3kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg boxes. For products with irregular shapes, a custom box is used. For shipping and handling rates and policies, please call our 24-Hour Hotline 812-3022.

The Order Confirmation Email you receive indicates that your order is final and has been received by Gourdos.com and your credit card payment is approved by our BDO Payment Gateway, of which you will no longer be allowed to cancel your order. When you are contacted for order verification and confirmation, you may update your order, after which all customer/order/delivery information will be considered final and confirmed.
